*𝐀𝐮𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐫𝐬 𝐩𝐨𝐯*

The Ten Commandments were all sitting down on the hard ground as they talked of their days inside the Coffin of Eternal Darkness to (Y/N) with a tone full of hatred. (Y/N), well, she was just nodding as they spoke as she did not know how to respond to something like that.

"That idiot Monspeet kept on trying to break the barrier over and over again! Do you know how annoying that was as he kept running towards it only for him to get hurt?" Derieri complained to (Y/N) as she used hand motions as a way to somehow state her point.

Estarossa chuckled, "It was like watching a dog trying to bite its tail over and over again, only to never get it." Estarossa said mockingly, glancing over at Monspeet as he finished. Monspeet narrowed his eyes at him and growled. "At least I even tried to do something about it, all you did was cry because you couldn't see (Y/N) anymore." Monspeet shot back, crossing his arms as he smirked. 

Estarossa glared at him as the others sighed, 'Oh, why do we have to have these two?' Everyone thought as they took a shot of whisky from the beer that they stole from Escanor. Suddenly, the sky began to darken as everyone stopped what they were doing and stood up. 

"What the hell..." Zeldris whispered to himself as he glared at the sky. Melascula also glared as he flew up a bit and blocked (Y/N) from view. (Y/N), who was confused, looked up to Melascula to question him, though before she could he turned his head around and looked down at her as he made a quiet sign on which (Y/N) complied.

Suddenly, everyone felt powerful energy coming towards them as they all heightened their senses. Not soon after that Meliodas was seen right in front of them with a big smile.

"Hey, everyone! Been a while, hasn't it?" Meliodas exclaimed happily, though his eyes said a different story. Everyone glared hard at him as they surrounded Melascula to make sure that (Y/N) was safe. Meliodas noticed this and tilted his head. "Oh, is (Y/N) there? Would be nice if you just gave her over to me, you know, it will make everything easier." Meliodas stated as he gave them an innocent smile.

The commandments glare did not falter as they made sure that not even an inch of (Y/N) could be seen to the pervert midget. Meliodas just sighed as he shrugged his shoulders. "You do you, I guess." Meliodas said, looking around to measure the place.

"Just know that I have my full power back now, and as your former leader that means I'm stronger than you." Meliodas stated as the commandments just glanced at each other in worry. Quicker than light itself Meliodas got behind all of them, grabbed (Y/N), and got out of there, though not before making sure that (Y/N) was comfortable in his arms.

The Ten Commandments didn't even move or speak as they stared off to where Meliodas ran off to, all in shock at what Meliodas had just done without being able to detect him. Though, the first one to react was Derieri. "What the living hell?! I swear to the Demon King that I will tear him into pieces once I see him again!" Derieri exclaimed, shaking Monspeet by the shoulders as her eyes were filled with rage.

Monspeet sweatdropped as he stared at the clearing sky in wonder. "Wow... I just realized something." Monspeet said making Derieri stop shaking him and look at him with calmer eyes. "What is it?" Derieri asked him, though he only stood quiet.

"What is it, woman!" Derieri demanded as she began to shake him again. Monspeet looked down at her with a glare before sighing, "I would tell you if you stopped shaking me." Monspeet stated making Derieri stop as she crossed her arms and glared at him with a look to say, 'Go on'.

Clearing his throat, Monspeet sit criss-cross-applesauce and looked down at her. "All this time both our group and the other group have been snatching her back and forth without her being able to have a say in anything." Monspeet said as he looked at the sky dramatically.

Derieri looked up at him with an admiring look. "You are so..." Pausing for a bit her glittering eyes soon turned dark as she scowled. "...Stupid." Derieri said with a dark tone. Monspeet backed away from her as he glared at her. 

"Do you actually think we are the ones who are snatching her away? No, we're not, what we're doing is bringing her back to where she belongs." Derieri said, looking at him menacingly as she got up and walked away.

Zeldris finally snapped out of his thoughts as he ran to where Melascula was only to see (Y/N) was really gone. Falling to his knees he put his hands on his face as he let out a frustrated scream. The others were also saddened that (Y/N) was gone but we're used to this and knew that they would get her back eventually so they just started to collect more souls as they left the place in search of a village.

As Meliodas grabbed me gently he ran off to Merlin-knows-where as I saw the commandments staring at us off into the distance.

"You know Meliodas... you could have at least asked me if I wanted to be freed from them." I said to him as he only laughed. "I already know that you wanted to be freed so you didn't really have to say anything." Meliodas stated as his hold on me became tighter.

Frowning I looked up at him and glared. "What if I didn't want to be freed?" I said. Meliodas finally stopped walked as we were in the middle of a dying forest. Looking down at me he brought my face closer to his as he stared at me intently making me feel uncomfortable.

"I just knew, besides, why would you want to be with those disgusting beings when you could be with me?" Meliodas asked me with a love-sick expression as he rubbed both our cheeks together. Pulling my head away from him I looked at him straight in the eyes. "For many reasons." I answered him as I made him let go of me. 

"From here I can walk so let's go." I stated as I began to run as I heard Meliodas give a surprised gasp as he too, began to run. 

'That crazy kid... I only meet him once and that's when I helped Elizabeth with getting away from her mom. Now he's acting as if we've had a romantic moment that made him attracted to me. No! Stop it, (Y/N)! He likes Elizabeth not me so stop thinking such things!' I thought as I began to run towards where I sensed my friends in.

'You know... maybe I should break my promise. I don't want to be selfish and all but not being selfish is what got me stuck in that place for 3,000 years so I should do something to help myself for once instead of sticking by my promises. Yeah, I should do that, run away to a place where no one would be able to find me... that sounds nice.' I thought to myself as I smiled. Seeing my friends my smile became wider as they saw me and began to run towards me.

'Yeah, I should, but not now. For now, I should focus on helping them out as much as I can before leaving.' With that settled, I got tackled to the ground by King who began to cry on my shoulder as I pat his back as the others also joined in.

Who knew of the dangers that were to come when the tug-a-war finally entered its climax. The blood that was to come as a new war commenced.
